WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH MSN?

IT JUST REFUSES TO SIGN ME IN, EITHER SAYING THAT THE SERVICE IS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE OR THAT THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH MY CONNECTION. I EVEN TRIED EBUDDY BUT IT DIDN'T WORK EITHER.
